Professional Visual Entry Form
Entries for the 2018 Festival of Arts are now being accepted. Entry deadline is 4:30 p.m., Friday, March 30, 2018

It is highly suggested that you visit the FAQ Page before filling out the following entry form.
The Professional Visual Division is open to college age and older. Cost to enter is $35 (non-refundable) per entry which includes up to four pieces. If you are a currently enrolled college student, there is no entry fee (simply close the registration fee page that follows the form submission.)
The Professional Visual division includes cash awards totaling $9500 annually.
Although artists may enter more than once (at four pieces per entry) it is recommended that artists enter no more than one entry form per division. For example: four paintings and four photographs, but not eight paintings. If your work is not for sale, simply enter $0.0 in the form.
Your image uploads should be in .jpg or .png format. Your images should be clearly labeled.
Once you have reviewed your online entry and submitted your work, you will be redirected to the payment page. Arts Festival Registration will be the first option available. Artists are allowed four pieces per entry per each $35 entry fee. Remember that your entry is not complete until you have paid the non-refundable entry fee. After submitting the entry form and being transferred to the payment page, enter “1” for quantity or multiple entry fees will be charged.
Please also remember that submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Notices of acceptance or declination will be sent on or before, Friday, April 6.
Accepted pieces are delivered to Cumming FUMC on Sunday, April 8 between 3-5 p.m.
